- Defined the business model, value proposition, and investment/co-ownership structure, including investment flows and return mechanisms for investors and the community.
- Built financial projections in Excel (revenue model, growth assumptions, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis) to validate the model's viability and support the pitch to investors.
- Built and managed a community of more than 200 players from the startup and Web3 ecosystem.
- Organized 15+ padel tournaments, managing budget, logistics, and coordination with vendors and participants.
- Developed the MVP for idea validation, securing preliminary soft commitments from users and investors.
